s777 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

By accessing or using the s777 website, mobile interface, or any service provided under the s777 brand, you enter into a legally binding agreement with s777. This agreement takes effect the moment you register an account or, if earlier, the first time you access any part of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use s777. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically — s777 will publish the last-updated date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

To register and play at s777, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s777 enforces strict age verification and will suspend any account where there is a reasonable suspicion that the player is under 18. Winnings on accounts confirmed to be underage will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of s777 or any of its technology, payment, or content partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration and keep that information current.
• You may hold only one active s777 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Registration at s777 is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. s777 will never ask for your password by phone, SMS, or email — any communication claiming to be from s777 and asking for your password should be reported to support immediately.

• You must not share your account with anyone else. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact s777 support immediately at support@s777.life.
• Account usernames and registered mobile numbers cannot be changed once set without going through formal identity verification.
• s777 may require additional Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation — typically a CNIC copy — before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

All transactions on s777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger enhanced verification.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded to the originating account minus any applicable transfer fees.
• s777 does not charge deposit fees. Processing times depend on the payment provider: Easypaisa and JazzCash are instant in most cases; IBFT may take up to two business hours.
• Funds deposited into your s777 wallet are held exclusively for gaming purposes. You may not use the s777 wallet as a general-purpose payment account.

Withdrawal requests from your s777 balance can be submitted at any time through the account dashboard. The following processing timeframes apply under normal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• s777 may delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, anti-fraud review, or responsible gaming assessment. Players will be notified by support if this occurs.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Clause 6). Real-money deposits can be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification and minimum amounts.

s777 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all s777 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering multiplier) before they and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The default wagering requirement on s777 deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Jackpot slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. PSL sports bets contribute 100% on pre-match single bets and 50% on in-play bets. Poker contributes at 20%. The exact rates for each game are published in the promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your balance without replacement.
• One bonus at a time: s777 does not allow stacking of multiple active bonuses. A new bonus cannot be activated until the previous one has been completed or has expired.
• Refer a Friend bonus: Referral rewards are credited once the referred player has made their first qualifying deposit and completed the required initial wagering. Referral chains, self-referral, and abuse of the referral system will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply across all s777 sports markets including PSL cricket betting:

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 on all markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed via the bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake refunded if a match or event is cancelled before the minimum required play has occurred (e.g. less than 5 overs per side in a PSL T20). Detailed void conditions for each market type are available in the market rules section of the platform.
• Obvious error odds: s777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error in the odds feed. "Manifest error" means odds significantly outside normal market range due to a technical fault, not merely odds you consider favourable.
• In-play betting: In-play markets close and reopen at s777's discretion based on match events. s777 is not liable for bets placed on markets that were inadvertently left open after a key event (e.g. a wicket falling) during a temporary data feed delay.
• Multi-bet accumulator rules: A winning accumulator requires all legs to win. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining legs at the amended combined odds.

s777 is committed to transparent and fair gaming across all categories. The following standards apply:

• Jackpot Slots: All slot game RTP (Return to Player) figures are published in the game information panel. RTPs on s777 jackpot titles range from 94% to 97%. Progressive jackpot contributions are included in the published RTP calculation.
• Crash Games: The multiplier outcome in s777 crash games is determined by a provably fair algorithm using a server seed combined with a client seed at the start of each round. Players may verify outcomes using the hash verification tool in their account history.
• Poker: Card dealing and shuffling in s777 poker rooms uses a certified random number generator (RNG) that produces statistically random outcomes independent of any player action or history.
• Fishing Games: Prize values and fish hit-point values are determined by RNG mechanics. Published prize tables in each fishing game room reflect actual game values.
• Sports Betting: s777 does not influence the outcome of any sporting event. Odds are set based on market data and adjusted in response to betting patterns and event information.

s777 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools in every player account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit maximums. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Bet history: Full transaction and bet history is always accessible in your account dashboard.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you cannot create a new account. s777 will not send promotional communications during an active self-exclusion period.
• Reality check notifications: Enable notifications that remind you of how long you've been playing and your session win/loss total at set intervals.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at s777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potentially legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your details.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage not available to regular players.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the s777 platform, its servers, or any game outcome.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or pricing mistake and failing to report it. Winnings from a known exploit are subject to forfeiture even if the exploit was not deliberately triggered.
• Colluding with other players — sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating crash game cash-outs, or any other form of multi-account cooperation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means. s777 is required to report suspicious transactions and cooperate with any law enforcement investigation involving funds believed to have been sourced through crime.
• Bonus abuse — any pattern of play designed specifically to extract bonus funds without genuine recreational intent, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements.

s777 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Account holder confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Player request (voluntary closure).
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days following completion of any required verification. Accounts closed due to breach of these terms may have their balances forfeited.

s777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The following limitations apply:

• s777 is not liable for any losses arising from system downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, etc.).
• s777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to place bets based on external information sources, tipsters, or third-party predictions.
• In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, s777 will correct the outcome based on server logs and recalculate any affected bets. The corrected outcome is final.
• s777's total liability to any individual player arising from a single technical incident is capped at the stake value of the bet(s) directly affected by that incident.

s777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. Key points:

• We collect your mobile number, name, and payment method details for account management and identity verification purposes.
• We collect transactional and gaming data (bets placed, games played, session durations) for fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through certified payment gateways and is not stored in readable form on s777 servers.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data s777 holds about you by contacting support@s777.life.

s777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post an in-account notification informing you that the terms have changed.
• For significant changes, send an SMS or in-app notification to registered accounts.

Continued use of s777 after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with an update, you should stop using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure. s777 will not apply updated terms retrospectively to bets placed or withdrawals requested before the update date.

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and s777. In the event of a dispute:

• Contact s777 support at support@s777.life with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
• s777 aims to resolve all player disputes within 5 business days of receiving complete information.
• Decisions made by s777's disputes team on matters of game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final once communicated in writing to the player.
• Decisions on account suspension or closure may be appealed once by submitting additional evidence. The outcome of an appeal is final.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version prevails. Any notices from players to s777 must be submitted in either English or Urdu to be processed.
